Position Title: Director of International and Transfer Student Admission

The Director of International and Transfer Student Admissions’ role is focused primarily on leading the overall admission effort for both International and Transfer students.
Major Accountabilities:
• Proven track record of building individual capacity in others: Proven ability of foster and developing an environment of individual growth and effectiveness.
• Proven track record of building organizational capacity: Proven ability of aligning team members and resources to achieve organizational goals.
• Knowledge of the International and Transfer student populations and the admission process: Possess knowledge, skill and passion for International and Transfer students and their support throughout the admission process.
• Communication skills: Be an effective communicator
• Technology: Be comfortable using technology to best support the admission process and office functions
• Posses knowledge of the University: Actively seek information regarding university programs, process and understand the overall mission of the university
• Team Player: Productively interacts as a solid contributor to the Enrollment Management team.
Essential knowledge, values and skills:
• BS/BA in education or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Prior admission work experience required
• Demonstrated experience in serving in a leadership role and influencing others to achieve a common goal
• An appreciation for inclusion
• An understanding of the importance of leadership
• An appreciation for higher education and admission work is required
• Travel Internationally required, specifically to Asia and South America
