Charter Grade School and Day Care

The client for this section is the Community Villages Ltd. This group desires to build a charter grade school and attached day care. The proposed site location is near the intersection of North Avenue and 32nd Street. The lack of large contiguous parcels of land will most likely require a two-story solution. It is anticipated that the school will serve grades K3 through 5. The school will have offices, classrooms, a multipurpose room (gymnasium and cafeteria), a kitchen, and other typical rooms associated with a school of this size (approximately 34,000 square feet).

Budget: $4.3 million
