Kenosha Community Center
The client for this development is the Community Center Development Committee located in the City of Kenosha. The proposed development will be a non-profit Community Center located on a 65-acre site on the outskirts of Kenosha. Various non-profit groups are to be located in this Community Center. A sampling of the groups targeted for the site include: the Boys and Girls Club, Kenosha Council on Family and Aging, Senior Action Center, Meals on Wheels, and the Little League. The Community Center will offer a wide range of spaces such as a gymnasium, a kitchen, a series of educational spaces, day care, and a banquet room. The total square footage could approach 80,000 square feet.

Budget: $7.5 million
