Study Abroad

Computer engineering sophomores interested in studying abroad have the ability to do so at Czech Technical University (CTU) , one of the oldest and best technical universities in the world. Spend five months abroad in Prague, the only major central European city to escape the bombs of World Wars I and II, known for its spired buildings, famed bridges, cobbled streets and more. Interested students should start planning no later than September of the sophomore year to ensure timely receipt of their passports and visas and to ensure enrollment in necessary classes.

Some benefits of the program include: CTU Students in Prog
  • All courses are taught in English
  • Participation in the program does not delay graduation
  • The program costs the same as attending MSOE (excluding transportation costs)
  • The program ends in June, leaving plenty of time to explore Europe

Program requirements:
  • Interested students must be on-track with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00
  • To accommodate CTU’s semester system, students must complete their sophomore Winter Quarter two weeks early, including final exams
