Doing Business with China
Current students with 30 or more credits may enroll in the combined domestic and international courses in lieu of the Capstone/Thesis in the MSEM, MSNP or MSXM programs. Students with less than 30 credits can use the courses as elective credits.
Current students may register during the open registration period for the Spring Quarter2011.
Individualswho are not graduate students, but qualify, may apply as non-degree seekingcandidates through the Professional Development Admission process. These include alumni, spouses and employees of partner organizations. Candidates must hold and undergraduate degree.
Graduate students can register for MG8042a (Domestic Course) independent of MG8042b (International Course). Participation in MG8042a does not require registration for MG8042b. However, individuals may not enroll in MG8042b unless they have completed MG8042a.
Enrollment is limited to 20 students for MG8042a. Minimum enrollment in MH8042b is six students, with a maximum of 14.

Tuition and International Travel Fees
Graduatetuition applies to each of the three-credit courses; MG8042a and MG8042b. Individuals registering for both courses will be responsible for SIX credits of graduate tuition. Graduate tuition is due according to dates published by MSOE's Student Accounts Office. For more information visit the billing information page.
Internationaltravel fees are estimated to be $3,750, which includes airfare, lodging (basedon double occupancy), ground transportation, business and group meals, andscheduled tours. Quoted fees areestimates. Fees may be altered based onthe number of participants and economic conditions. International travel fee payment will be dueas follows:
- A deposit of $250 is being accepted now to hold a space for the international course and travel experience.
- March 8, 2011 - $1,500 international travel fee payment due. Total international travel fees will be established at this time. The final amount will depend on number of participants and economic conditions. The fees are not expected to exceed the estimated total of $3,750.
- May 10, 2011 - Remainder of international travel fee due
