M.S. in Engineering Management, Integrated
The integrated engineering management program is two-year program in which courses are organized into suites. Each suite of two courses is taken together as an integrated package meeting one evening per week and every other Saturday during an 11-week quarter. The Saturday suite course schedule is available for download. Upon completion of a suite, a student will have earned six graduate credits. The suites include:

Management Governance Suite

This suite examines the management foundations of the MSEM program from a variety of perspectives, with a particular emphasis on finance and accounting.

Management Organization Suite

This suite investigates the theory, measurement and organization behavior of management. It introduces statistics as a management tool and asks the student to apply it to an organizational study.

Contemporary Operations Integration Suite

This suite introduces operations management and the management of information technology.

Technology Management Suite

In this suite students examine marketing management and either strategic technology development or quality management.

Strategic Leadership Suite

In this suite, students examine the concepts of developing a strategy and of making sure the supply chain supports that strategy.

Project Management Suite

This suite presents a focused examination of two aspects of project management: building teams and implementing projects.

Application of Business Solutions Suite

This helps integrate the concepts examined in the program through an executive management solution and an examination of human resource management.

Capstone Suite

In this summative suite students prepare a paper applying the program concepts to a business problem and meet with executives with a variety of organizations.
