Fluid Power Institute™
A pioneer of motion control and fluid power education since 1962, MSOE’s Fluid Power Institute (FPI) and its capabilities are unmatched by any facility in the nation. FPI conducts fluid power component and system design, prototyping, evaluation and testing for projects from manufacturers, OEM’s, distributors, users and government agencies. Specialty areas are fluids development, high pressure testing, contamination control, tribology and mathematical modeling.
Rapid Prototyping Center
MSOE’s Rapid Prototyping Center will place you at the forefront of research in such areas as industrial design, materials and structures, statistical process control and zero-gravity fabrication.
