Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU)

Students, like you who want to conduct original, inventive research while gaining hands-on experience, grow during this unique program at Milwaukee School of Engineering. They arrive all parts of the country with diverse university experiences, skill levels, interests and science and engineering backgrounds.

Funded by the National Science Foundation, MSOE’s Rapid Prototyping Consortium and the Center for Compact and Efficient Fluid Power our REU program focuses on understanding and utilizing solid freeform fabrication and fluid power technology that cuts across many disciplines while developing skills in research methodology and communication.

Program Dates: June 3, 2012 to August 10, 2012

Application Due Date: March 26, 2012


Accepted candidates will participate 40 hours per week for the 10 week session. All students receive a stipend and travel allowance. On-campus room and board is provided.
