What to Expect and How to be in Compliance
The Wisconsin District Export Council will host a full-day training program focusing on export compliance. Upon completion of this program, you will be aware of the new export security requirements for all exporters. You will also have an 11 point checklist to guide you to full compliance on every export. You will leave the program that day with a better understanding of the export regulations and with specific tools and instructions on how to begin building a secure and compliant department and company.
This seminar is structured for logistics, purchasing, sales, operations, quality personnel, customer service, and managers or those involved in the export order cycle.

About the speaker:
This program features Mike Allocca as the primary instructor. Mike began his career in 1996 as a freight forwarder in Albany, NY. In 2006 Mike started his own consulting company under Allocca Enterprises Inc. Since then he has conducted hundreds of on-site and public training seminars across the U.S. and the globe. Mike works on a daily basis with importers and exporters conducting compliance audits, classifications and implementing written export and import procedures.
Mike has an MBA from the University of Albany, has served on the board of directors of the Global Business Network in Albany, NY, and has been appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce to serve on the District Export Council in Columbia, S.C.
Mike is a NASBITE CGBP (certified global business professional) and he stays current on export/import regulations by attending and hosting programs with the U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Customs & Boarder Protections, U.S. Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Industry Security, NAFTA-Office of Intra American Affairs, TSA and Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals.
