Accept Your Award Offer

Award Offer Letter

You will receive an award letter from MSOE indicating the types and amount of aid you have been awarded. The award letter breaks down your aid based on your enrollment plans for the fall, winter and spring quarters. Please review the following headings and complete the acceptance process. In addition, we encourage you to use our Student Expense Planner Online Calculator to determine your direct costs. In addition, be sure to carefully read and follow all instructions in the brochures that accompany your award offer.

New Students (Freshman & Transfers)

New students are required to respond to the award offer either via the Internet or the postal service. If you are accepting or declining all or part of your award via the Internet, please review the options listed below and respond accordingly.

Returning Students

MSOE assumes acceptance of your award offer unless you inform our office otherwise. If you are accepting all of your award, you need do nothing. If you are declining all or part of your award, please review the options listed below and respond accordingly.

Decline Entire Award: I have received my financial aid award offer from MSOE, read the brochures that came with it, and I wish to decline my entire award offer from MSOE.

Decline Portion of Award: I have received my financial aid award offer from MSOE, read the brochures that came with it, and I wish to decline the following portion(s) of my award and accept the remainder of my award offer:
