I am originally from Chicago, and I frequently visit my family and friends there. I have a strong interest in international news and different cultures. I enjoy traveling, camping, reading, scuba diving and cheering for the Chicago Bears.Share a memory or two from your days at MSOE: Two of my memories include many late nights in the Harley Davidson lab completing work that never seemed to end and the many peer mentor activities I participated in as a mentee and then a mentor.
Why are you choosing to be involved as an area chair?
I am getting involved as a director to try to give back a little of what MSOE has given to me.

I recently bought a house, so I’ve been keeping busy with small house projects and I’m also coaching softball at Brookfield Central High School. In the summer you can find me at Brewer’s games and tailgating with friends!
Share a memory or two from your days at MSOE:
Being involved in all the aspects of MSOE – working at the Kern Center, playing D3 sports (softball and tennis), being involved with student organizations such as SUB and SGA, and just making the most out of college. I learned so much going to MSOE, not just in the classroom but also outside of it as well!
Why are you choosing to be involved as an area chair?
MSOE made such an impact on my life while I went to school there and I want to continue to be involved and give back so other students can get all they can out of the experience.
