MSOE men's basketball up to No. 6 in NCAA regional rankings, hosts Aurora in NAC Tournament

The Raiders have moved up to No. 6 in the NCAA regional rankings in the Midwest Region. Concordia-Wisconsin holds onto the top spot in the rankings while another NAC team, Benedictine, is right behind MSOE at No. 7. The Raiders host Aurora Wednesday night at the Kern Center in the quarterfinals of the NAC Tournament. The game can be heard live here and for live stats, click here. MSOE is 19-6 on the year which is the most wins in a season in program history.
In addition to being named Capital One Academic All-America of the Year, senior forward Austin Meier was selected as NAC Student-Athlete of the Week for his performances during the Raiders' past two victories. Meier logged double-doubles against both Dominican and Marian. In the contest against Domincan, Meier scored 28 points and pulled down 11 rebounds. Against the Sabres, Meier put in 23 points and grabbed 11 rebounds.
