Adrian defeats MSOE in MCHA Final

Adrian, Mich.-- The MSOE Raiders saw their hunt for the Midwest Collegiate Hockey Association championship title end, thanks to a 7-1 defeat by the hands of nationally ranked Adrian College. Adrian has won the title in back-to back seasons.
The Raiders only goal came 11:33 into the second period when Matt Lietzan scored off a pass from Ben Kenyon. Conner Toomey had 18 saves in the game for the Raiders.
MSOE had two players named to the seven members all tournament squad. Sophomore Forward Michael Soik and senior defenseman Jason Woll joined five Adrian players on the All-tournament team.
The Raiders finish their season with a 15-12-2 overall record.
