At the 13th annual MSOE Athletic Banquet, Jason Woll (Portland, Oregon/Edmonds-Woodway) and Allie Sowinski (Franklin, WIs./Pius XI) were named MSOE Male and Female Senior Athletes of the year, respectively. The award is given to one male and female student-athlete that best exemplifies high athletic achievement in their four years at MSOE.
Jason Woll, a 6'4 defenseman for the MSOE Raiders Hockey team, finished his career as a four time all- MCHA selection. He recently signed a pro contract with the Cincinnati Cyclones and will return to finish his business degree after the season.
Sowinski, a 5'8" outside hitter is in the MSOE record books as one of the greatest volleyball players in the school's history.
