MSOE men's golf finishes second at Lawrence Fall Classic

In only their second meet of the year, the Raiders finished second at the Lawrence Fall Classic, held at the Eagle Creek Country Club in Hortonville, Wis.
In the one day, 18-hole event, MSOE scored a four player finish of 324, just five strokes behind tournament winner St. Norbert. Host Lawrence was 25 strokes behind the Raiders in third among the seven team field.
Leading the way for the Raiders was freshman Scott Loftus who shot 79, tying for second place overall. Seniors Jason Arnes and Ray Larsen and junior Dane Zachman tied for fourth place with a score of 81.
The Raiders will play Whispering Springs Golf Course as part of the Marian Invite Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 11.
