Hosko and Werner each score twice as MSOE men's soccer beats Lakeland

Junior Dan Hosko and sophomore Jordan Werner each scored twice as the Raiders shut out Lakeland 5-0 Thursday afternoon at Hart Park in Wauwatosa, Wis. All five goals for MSOE came in the second half.
Werner was set up by senior Danny Kolokoski at the 51:34 mark of the game for his first goal. Six minutes later, Kolokoski picked up his second assist on Hosko's first goal. Werner scored an unassisted goal at the 69:20 mark. With less than ten minutes left in the game, Hosko knotted his second goal which was assisted by freshman Noah Corbeil-Wild. Junior Michael Vanek finished the scoring two minutes later. Freshman Jake Noggle picked up the assist on that goal. Junior goalkeeper Jon Cerny made three saves for the Raiders.
MSOE (9-8, 8-3 NAC) is the third seed in the NAC Tournament and will host Benedictine this Sunday at 1 p.m.
