MSOE women's soccer edged in NAC first round by Concordia-Wisconsin

The Raiders lost to Concordia-Wisconsin 1-0 Sunday afternoon in the first round of the NAC Tournament in Milwaukee. The lone goal was scored on a penalty kick by Lauren Straehler just one minute into the game.
Sophomore goalkeeper Emma Lumpe made eight saves for MSOE (11-7-2). Shots for the game were even at 16 each. Freshman Paula Bohl had three shots on goal while juniors Melanie Monreal and Jamie Janczak each had two. The Falcons will face Aurora Wednesday in the semifinals of the NAC Tournament.
