MSOE hockey rises to No. 11 in USCHO.com Division III poll

The Raiders continue to make their way up the United States Collegiate Hockey Online (USCHO.com) Division III Poll as they now stand at No. 11 in the country. MSOE brings a six-game winning streak into this weekend's games. The Raiders will face St. Mary's this Friday at 7:05 p.m. and Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Kern Center.
Sophomore Jordan Keizer stands first in the nation in goals per game (1.33) and first in the MCHA in points per game (1.83). Sophomore captain Bradley Tierney is tied for the lead for assists in the MCHA (7). Junior goaltender Connor Toomey is eighth in all of Division III with a 1.40 goals against average.
MSOE is second in the nation in penalty kill situations as they have given up just one power play goal. The Raiders are first in the country in scoring margin as they have outscored their opponents by an average of 3.5 goals per game. MSOE is one of five teams in Division III without a loss so far this season.
