Pope and Bramstedt garner national recognition

MSOE senior wreslters Virgil Pope and Samuel Bramstedt are listed in the latest rankings complied by d3wrestle.com. Pope was named under the contender category for the 157-pound weight class. Bramstedt is listed as Honorable Mention for 165 pounds.
Pope now has 99 wins in his MSOE career after picking up four at the Citrus Open en route to a fourth place finish at that prestigious event last week. Bramstedt placed tenth at the tournament which included many nationally ranked teams.
The Raiders will take part in the UW-Oshkosh Duals this Saturday.
