No. 9 MSOE hockey downed by Marian in Harris Cup Four

The No. 9 Raiders fell to Marian 9-2 Saturday night in the MCHA Harris Cup Four Semifinals in Adrian, Mich. Junior defenseman Ryno Linder and freshman forward Steven Shaffroth scored MSOE's two goals on the night.
Linder's goal in the second period was assisted by junior forward Todd Krupa. Shaffroth's power play tally was set up by freshmen defensemen Michael Schenfeld and Michael Thompson. The Raiders end the season with a 21-6-1 record. The Sabres face Adrian Sunday to determine the winner of the Harris Cup who will represent the MCHA in the NCAA Division III Tournament.
