Martin serves up four-set win

MSOE finished the second Midwest-III Volleyball Conference Crossover Challenge with a four-set victory over Fontbonne by the scores of 25-11, 25-23, 28-30 and 25-8. Junior Max Martin had a season high 11 aces in the match with nine coming off a 16-0 run to open the fourth and final set.
Martin led all Raiders with 25 points, and had 12 kills and three blocks for the match. Junior David Johnson added 11 kills with a .348 hitting percentage.
The Raiders face their last conference match of the year, traveling to Kenosha on Wednesday to face Carthage. Game time is set for 7 p.m.
