No. 8 MSOE hockey bested by No. 5 Adrian

No. 5 Adrian finished the weekend sweep of the No. 8 Raiders 3-1 Saturday afternoon at the Kern Center. MSOE will play Lake Forest next weekend in the MCHA Quarterfinals in Milwaukee. Sophomore forward Nick Gorup scored MSOE's lone goal in the second period. The goal was assisted by sophomore forward Bradley Tierney.
Junior goaltender Connor Toomey made 27 saves for the Raiders. MSOE was outshot by the Bulldogs 30-28.
