MSOE men's tennis takes out Lakeland 9-0

The Raiders improved their NAC record to 5-1 Wednesday in Sheboygan, Wis. as they knocked off Lakeland 9-0. Junior Juan Montenegro, senior Dustin Holzhauer and sophomore Nicholas Matsuura each won in singles action and did not drop a game. Junior Mark Schadler, freshman Eric Klamrowski and sophomore Jeff Scarpelli also were victorious in singles.
Schadler and Klamrowski combined to win at No. 3 doubles in shutout fashion. Montenegro and Matsuura won at No. 1 doubles and Holzhauer and Scarpelli picked up a victory at No. 2 doubles. MSOE faces Rockford and Aurora Saturday on the road in more NAC action.
