Rockford defeats MSOE women's volleyball; McEnerney breaks 2,000 assist plateau

The MSOE women's volleyball team fell to Rockford in four sets by the scores of 31-29, 22-25, 28-26, and 21-25. Senior setter Hayley McEnerney collected 45 assists to put her over the 2,000 mark for her three year career. She recently passed Melissa Cameron to place second in the school's record books in assists.
For the match, sophomore Stephanie Hasler led all Raiders with 15 kills while freshman Diane Jorgenson and junior Kaylie Lenz added ten apiece. MSOE (9-15, 3-5 NAC) continues their quest for a Northern Athletics Conference playoff run facing Benedictine Wednesday, Oct. 13 in Lisle, Ill. First serve is scheduled for 7 p.m.
