MSOE Athletic Hall of Fame
Few people can step onto a field and make an immediateimpact like Steven "Zimmy" Zimmermann did for MSOE. Zimmy pitched for MSOE from1977 to 1979, and was named WCIC All-Conference all three years. His work ethicand mound presence helped the baseball team secure three straight conferencetitles.
Zimmy was a fierce competitor on the mound as well asin the classroom, having graduated with honors. This pitcher was driven to winand had a desire to help those around him. He was a positive spirit who was adriving force in MSOE's successful baseball teams.
