Raiders come up short against Rockford
In a battle between two teams from the Northern Athletics Conference South Division, Rockford defeated MSOE men's basketball 59-54 Wednesday night at the Kern Center. Junior forward Victor Bande scored 14 of his 19 points in the first half.

MSOE women's basketball beats Aurora to set school record for wins
The Raiders went on a 12-0 late in the second half to beat Aurora 58-47 Tuesday night on the road in Northern Athletics Conference action. The victory sets a new MSOE record for wins (14) in a season and also gives the Raiders the most conference wins (11) they have ever had in a year.

Dieringer selected NAC Student-Athlete of the Week
Senior Emily Dieringer was named Northern Athletics Conference Student-Athlete of the Week for indoor track & field. This is the third time that Dieringer has earned the weekly honor this year.

Dieringer breaks MSOE record in 55-meter hurdles at UW-Parkside
The MSOE track & field team took part in the UW-Parkside Classic Saturday in Kenosha, Wis. at the Frank Petretti Fieldhouse. Junior Emily Dieringer broke Catherine Chappell's record in the 55-meter hurdles as she ran a time of 8.78 seconds.

No. 12 MSOE hockey nets four in third period to beat Concordia-Wisconsin
MSOE scored four goals in the third period as the No. 12 Raiders beat Concordia-Wisconsin 7-4 Saturday night at the Ozaukee Ice Center in Midwest Collegiate Hockey Association action. Sophomore forward West Bauman scored twice while sophomore forward Steve Shaffroth recorded three points.

Bloom's shot takes down Wisconsin Lutheran 54-53

MSOE's Cayo named Academic All-District First Team
Senior center Carol Cayo has been named to the Capital One Women's Basketball Academic All-District First Team for District 6. This is the third straight season that Cayo has received this honor.
