Dave Bugalski, MS, LAT
Director of Sports Medicine
A native of Milwaukee, WI, Dave graduated from UW-Milwaukee in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in kinesiology with an emphasis on Athletic Training. Dave became a Certified Athletic Trainer in September of 2003 and began his experiences interning with the Milwaukee Bucks, Philadelphia Eagles, and Green Bay Packers. In 2006, Dave decided to pursue his Master’s Degree and attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where he was a graduate assistant athletic trainer working football. After graduating with a Masters of Science in Kinesiology in May 2008, Dave worked as an assistant athletic trainer for UW-Milwaukee and as Head Athletic Trainer for Concordia University Wisconsin.
Dave joined MSOE in September 2011 as the Director of Sports Medicine.

Jennifer Wos, LAT
Assistant Athletic Trainer
Jennifer Wos was born and raised in Lena, WI. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Athletic Training in August 2010. She served terms as Secretary and President for the Society of Athletic Training Students (SATS) at UW-M. During her internships, Jennifer gained experience at MSOE and Quad Med Rehab, part of Quad Graphics.
Jennifer has been an athletic trainer at MSOE since August 2010.
Assistant Athletic Trainer

Danielle Olson, M.Ed, LAT
Assistant Athletic Trainer
A native of Sandwich, IL, Danielle graduated with her undergraduate degree in 2009 from Carroll University in Waukesha, WI with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. Danielle became a Certified Athletic Trainer in 2009 where she pursued further education and completed a Graduate Assistant position and earned her Master’s degree in Educational Leadership with a Physical education emphasis from DePaul University in Chicago, IL in June of 2011. At DePaul University, she was in charge of athletic training coverage for women’s and men’s soccer, track and field, softball, and assisted with administrative responsibilities.
Danielle is contracted through ATI Physical Therapy and has been a part of MSOE’s staff since December 2011.

Team Physician
Dr. Edwards is a partner of the Orthopedic Institute of Wisconsin and serves as the official team physician for MSOE athletics. Dr. Edwards has his medical degree from UW-Madison and completed his internship and residency at the University of Wisconsin Family Practice in Madison. He completed his fellowship training at UCLA Medical Center of Sports Medicine in Los Angeles and is board certified in sports medicine. Dr. Edwards has utilized his expertise to provide care for such organizations as NCAA basketball, US figure Skating, Birkebiener Cross Country Skiing and the Greater Milwaukee Open Golf Tournament. He specializes in sports medicine and non-operative spinal management (epidural injections).
Dr. Edwards has been part of the MSOE Sports Medicine staff since 2006.

Ryan Schrader is a certified physician assistant who works with Doctor Jamie Edwards, MD at the Orthopedic Institute of Wisconsin. Ryan joined the Orthopedic Institute of Wisconsin in 2009 after graduating from Rosalind Franklin University of medicine and science in North Chicago, IL. Prior to physician assistant school Ryan received a bachelors of science in sports medicine from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Ryan and Dr. Edwards treat numerous sports medicine injuries and have their clinic in Franklin, WI.
Ryan has been part of the MSOE sports medicine staff since 2009.
