Head Coach Rolf Zersen
Rolf Zersen is in his fourth season as head coach of the MSOE women's soccer program. No stranger to MSOE, Zersen served as the men's assistant coach from 2001-2004. He recently finished his duties as the boy's junior varsity head coach at Germantown high school.
The former assistant coach of Concordia University-Texas, Zersen is still playing competitive soccer with the Milwaukee Bavarians. As a collegiate player at Concordia-Wisconsin, Zersen was a three-year starter, captain and an All Lake Michigan Conference selection as a senior.
Zersen has a bachelor's degree in History from Concordia University-Wisconsin and is a teacher of History and Religion at Milwaukee Lutheran High School. He is also a former head coach of girl's soccer at Milwaukee Lutheran
Rolf and his wife Leslie have a daughter, Olivia, and they are expecting a boy in late October.

Assistant Coach
Billy Wiedel
Billy Wiedel has been a member of the MSOE coaching staff since 2005. A former NCAA Division II athlete, Wiedel played as a forward and midfielder at UW-Parkside all four years before graduating in 2002 with a degree in education/communications.
Wiedel works at Lake County Lutheran High School as a physical education instructor. He currrently serves as the head coach of girl's soccer at Milwaukee Lutheran, where Zersen was coach for nine years. Wiedel's wife Julie and their son J.J. reside in West Allis, Wis.
