Head Coach Jessica Ott
Jessica Ott is in her third season as the head softball coach at Milwaukee School of Engineering. In addition to her position as head coach, Ott assumes the role of Senior Woman Administrator, Assistant Athletic Director and is in her tenth season as head women's basketball coach.
In college, Ott played basketball at UW-Stevens Point and is third on the list of all-time leading scorers. She was a four-sport athlete at New Glarus High School, playing basketball, soccer, softball and volleyball. She currently plays softball in the Milwaukee city league where her team won the city title in 2008. Ott currently resides in Greenfield, Wis.

Assistant Coach Tracy Simon
Tracy Simon enters her third season as an MSOE assistant softball coach. A 2004 graduate of the University of Rochester, Simon is a two-time second team University Athletic Association all-conference selection.
Simon received a bachelor's degree in health society from the University of Rochester and a master's degree in social work from the University of Michigan. Currently, Simon works at Freodert hospital and resides in Milwaukee.
Assistant Coach Sarah Padove
Sarah Padove is in her second year as an MSOE assistant coach. Padove played infield at Indiana University and is a two-time Big Ten All Academic honoree. Padove received her degree in Business Marketing from Indiana University in 2009 and is currently attending Marquette Law School.
