Bauman, Keizer earn MCHA weekly honors

Freshman defenseman Logan Bauman was named Midwest Collegiate Hockey Association Defensive Player of the Week while freshman forward Josh Keizer was selected as MCHA Freshman of the Week. The Raiders went 2-0 against Concordia-Wisconsin to start the season this past weekend.
Logan Bauman scored his first goal as a Raider Saturday against the Falcons and also recorded four assists during MSOE's two victories. He currently is in the national lead for assists per game and points per game among defenseman and among rookies.
Josh Keizer logged three goals over the weekend including two on the power play. He is tied for the lead among all Division III players in power play goals per game.
The No. 14 Raiders host Finlandia this Friday (7:05 p.m.) and Saturday (2 p.m.) at the Kern Center in Milwaukee.
