Heller named NAC Student-Athlete of the Week

Senior Amanda Heller was named Northern Athletics Conference Student-Athlete of the Week for her performance at the Spartan Open in Dubuque, Iowa this past Saturday. This is the third straight week that an MSOE women's track & field athlete has won this award. Senior Emily Dieringer took the honor the last two weeks.
Heller broke the MSOE record in the mile run as she placed first with a mark of 5:37.51. In the 3000-meter run, Heller had time of 11:28.37 to finish second.
The Raiders head to Stevens Point, Wis. Friday, Feb. 3 and then compete in Kenosha, Wis. Saturday, Feb. 4.
