MSOE men's basketball falls to Knox 63-58

Junior forward Victor Bande put in 14 points off the bench but the Raiders were defeated by Knox 63-58 in Galesburg, Ill. Senior guard Oren Bloom scored 13 points and pulled down seven rebounds in the non-conference battle.
MSOE led the Prairie Fire 38-32 at halftime after shooting 56% in the first half. However, the Raiders were outscored 31-20 in the second half. MSOE had a chance to tie the game with just over a minute left in the game but couldn't overtake Knox.
The Raiders (4-6, 3-1 NAC) are off until Friday, Dec. 30 when they host Finlandia at 8 p.m. at the Kern Center.
