MSOE ranked sixth in NCAA III West Region poll
On Wednesday, Feb. 13 The NCAA just released their first NCAA Division III Regional Rankings today and the MSOE hockey team comes in at sixth in the west region. Used to determine both NCAA tournament bids and seedings, the rankings are the first of three that will be issued publicly, with releases also scheduled for February 19 and 26.
MSOE is one of three MCHA teams in the polls. Adrian is in third with a 17-1-3 record, while Marian is on the Raiders coat-tails in seventh, holding a 12-10-1 regional and overall record. With a 14-7-2 record, the Raiders finish their MCHA season by hosting Northland on Friday and Saturday Feb. 15-16. Games are 7:05 pm and 2pm, respectively. The Raiders will play host to an MCHA first round match on Saturday, Feb. 23 at 7pm and Sunday, Feb. 24 at 2pm.
