Miguel Diaz Garcia (freshmen, Gijon, Spain, EE) found himself in a great spot at the NCAA Division III Men's Golf Championship. He had qualified for a playoff against three other golfers. The playoff would be for the 6th spot in the NCAA Individual Tournament for the 3rd Round. The playoff began around 7pm and was played on one hole. Unfortunately, he came up a little short, but still to qualify for the playoff is quite a feat. The experience alone will last a lifetime.
