Follow MSOE men's and women's basketball in Minnesota as their seasons begin

The MSOE men's and women's basketball teams both start their 2010-11 season at the Northwestern College Tip-Off Tournament this weekend in St. Paul, Minn. The women play Buena Vista Friday at 2 p.m. while the men take on Nebraska Wesleyan at 4 p.m. The third place and championship games will be Saturday. The complete tournament schedule is listed below including links to live stats and video for each game.
Both the men's and women's teams were picked to finish third in the South Division of the Northern Athletics Conference. The MSOE men's squad went 19-7 overall to set a school record for wins in 2010-11. They recorded a 12-4 conference mark. The women's team was 8-18 with a 5-12 NAC record last season.
