MSOE men's soccer moves to 5-0 in NAC

Sophomore Patrick Gathof logged two goals as the Raiders beat Maranatha Baptist in come from behind fashion 3-2 Thursday in Watertown, Wis. MSOE now stands at 5-0 in Northern Athletics Conference action.
The Crusaders scored the only goal in the first half. Gathof tied the game just 52 seconds into the second half. Less than two minutes later, Maranatha took the lead again. Senior Dan Hosko tied the game again for the Raiders at the 68:17 mark of the game. Gathof scored the game-winning goal on a pass from Hosko in the 76th minute.
Senior goalkeeper Jon Cerny made two saves to pick up the victory as he played all 90 minutes for MSOE. The Raiders (7-4-1, 5-0-0 NAC) host Aurora Saturday at 3:30 p.m. in Milwaukee at Time Warner Cable Stadium.
