A Strong 19 points lead Women’s Basketball over Stars

Milwaukee --Bre' Ana Strong (Howell, Mich./ Howell HS) played as her name dictates, scoring 19 points leading the Raiders to a decisive 53-44 victory over the Dominican University Stars Saturday afternoon in the Kern Center Arena.
Strong was one rebound shy of a double-double, claiming nine boards for the game. Courtney Samuels (Whitewater, Wis./Whitewater) played big on the boards for the Raiders, leading the team with 15. She also added 12 points for a double-double on the day. Freshman guard Megan Kroll (Weston, Wis./ D.C. Everest) added 14 points for the Raiders.
For the Stars, Allie Tapanes had 11 points in the Dominican loss. The Raiders out-rebounded the Stars 41-27 for the game.
