Senior guard Oren Bloom scored 18 points but the Raiders fell to Beloit 78-65 Tuesday night in road non-conference action. Bloom went 11-12 from the free-throw line. The loss snaps MSOE's three-game winning streak.
Off the bench, freshman center Nate Gibson had a career-high ten points. Freshman guard John Cording had nine points including two three-pointers while freshman forward Nathan Verdun also knocked down two shots from beyond the arc.
The Raiders (4-5, 3-1 NAC) play another non-conference game Saturday at 4 p.m. against Knox in Galesburg, Ill.
