No. 14 MSOE Hockey shut out by Marian

The No. 14 Raiders dropped a 3-0 non-conference game to Marian Saturday at the Kern Center in Milwaukee. Sabres goalie Josh Baker made 33 saves.
The first period had no scoring while Marian made it 1-0 at the 10:53 mark of the second on a goal from Aaron Leonard. Just 47 seconds in the third period, Tyler Klein put the Sabres up by two. Brian Berger sealed the deal for Marian with a short-handed goal at the 15:31 mark of the third.
The teams combined to go 0-9 on the power play. Freshman goaltender Nick Kohn made 20 saves for MSOE.
The Raiders (9-5-1) face Lawrence Friday night at the Kern Center as they resume conference action.
