Raiders' six-game winning streak ends

Senior center Carol Cayo and sophomore forward Shannon Larson each scored 12 points but the MSOE women's basketball team had their six-game winning streak snapped after falling to Marian 67-49 Saturday afternoon in Fond du Lac, Wis. Also, it was the first loss in Northern Athletics Conference action this season for the Raiders.
Cayo also had 11 rebounds for her sixth double-double of the season. Senior guard Kathleen Collingbourne and freshman forward Bre'Ana Strong each had seven points.
MSOE (6-2, 4-1 NAC) is off until Monday, Dec. 19 when they play Bethany in the Bahamas Sunshine Shootout.
