MSOE men's basketball takes out North Central 74-56

With four players in double figures, the Raiders beat North Central University 74-56 in the third place game of the Northwestern Tip-Off Tournament Saturday in St. Paul, Minn. Senior Michael Ricciardi was named to the All-Tournament Team.
MSOE was led by sophomore guard John Cording who put in 14 points and also grabbed eight rebounds and dished out four assists. Seniors Oren Bloom and Ricciardi each had 12 points while Bloom had six rebounds and four assists. Off the bench for the Raiders, freshman guard Jeremiah Erdmann contributed 11 points on 5-7 shooting from the field. The other senior for MSOE is Cynerick Osinaike who recorded eight points, six rebounds, four assists and three steals.
Next up for the Raiders (1-1) is the team's home opener against Westminster Saturday, Nov. 26 at 4:15 p.m. at the Kern Center.
