Janczak sets NAC assist record in 4-0 victory against Concordia-Wisconsin

Senior midfielder Jamie Janzak scored two goals and recorded her 33rd career assist as the MSOE women's soccer team shut out Concordia-Wisconsin 4-0 Wednesday afternoon in Mequon, Wis. The assist for Janczak broke the Northern Athletics Conference record for assists in a career.
Janczak started the scoring at the 3:54 mark of the game with an unassisted goal. Senior forward Jessica Axt made it 2-0 with her 15th goal on the year from Janczak in the 29th minute. Axt now has 63 goals in her career which is three away from the NAC record.
Just after halftime, sophmore midfielder Allison Zimont scored on a pass from Axt. Janczak logged her second goal in the 90th minute which was also unassisted.
Junior goalkeeper Emma Lumpe made eight saves for the clean sheet. Shots for the game were tied at 13. The Raiders (5-4, 3-1 NAC) face cross town foe Wisconsin Lutheran Saturday in Milwaukee.
