OSWEGO, N.Y. - Connecticut College's J.J. McGregor scored at 1:52 in overtime to give the Camel men's ice hockey team a 2-1 win against the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) on Sunday in the third place game of the PathFinder Bank/Oswego Classic. Andrew Margolin registered 27 saves for the Camels, as they moved to 2-8-0 on the season. The Raiders fell to 5-6-1 overall, as Chris Keller made 22 saves for MSOE. J.J. McGregor put Connecticut College on the board at 19:24 in the first period when he pounced on a rebound after a shot from the blue line for his second goal of the season. Chris Fogg and Ryan Riffe earned assists on the play, as the Camels skated into the first intermission with a 1-0 advantage. The Raiders knotted the contest at 7:21 in the third period when a blast from the right point by Michael Siergiej found the back of the net. Michael Johnson and Michael Soik received assists on the goal. Each team had scoring opportunities for the remainder of the game, but neither was unable to capitalize on them forcing the game into overtime. In the extra frame, McGregor again controlled the puck on his stick after a rebound long enough to tally the game-winner at the 1:52 mark with assists going to Jordan Gray and Riffe.
