Milwaukee, Wis. -- The MSOE Softball team split a doubleheader with Rockford on Sunday. The Raiders (9-9, 5-7 NAC) took the first game 3-2 and dropped the second 9-5. Junior Sara Achten went 3-3 in the victory. Freshman Rebecca Gardner had two of the Raiders' three RBI in that game. Sophomore Jessica Iversen pitched a complete game with seven strikeouts and allowed two earned runs to get the win. In the second game, Iversen was 3-4 with two RBI. Freshman Kate Klaubauf went 2-4 in the loss. MSOE is back in action on Tuesday against NAC opponent Concordia-Chicago at home. |
