Balanced Scoring leads Raiders over Muskies
Howards Grove, Wis. -- The Raiders had goals from six different scorers to pace the Raiders to an easy 6-2 over the LAkeland Muskies in a Tuesday afternoon tilt. The Raiders outshot the Muskies 21-8 for the game. Lakeland led the game at the 28th minute mark off a goal by Logan Massey. At half time LAkeland led MSOE 1-0. In the second half the Raiders scored the next three goals with Mike Skow (47:56), Jordan Werner (57:15) and the inevitable game winner from Brad Meissner (59:25) scoring for MSOE. Lakeland scored their second goal at the 72-minute mark, but the Raiders added three more tallies to lock up another Northern Athletics Conference win. MSOE (12-4, 7-2 NAC) continues in conference play this weekend hosting Benedictine University on Saturday, October 20. Kickoff is slated for 1:00p.m. |
