Milwaukee--In a battle between two national hockey powers, 14th ranked UW Superior Yellow Jackets defeated the 15th ranked MSOE Raiders 3-0. This was the first time MSOE faced a ranked opponent while being ranked as well.
The difference on paper was slim, with UW Superior out shooting MSOE slightly 24-22. Bot teams were weak on power plays tonight, with the yellow jackets scoring one in five power plays, while MSOE was unable to connect on seven power play opportunities. Chris Keller was again in goal for the Raiders, getting his second loss in six starts.
The 5-2 Raiders return to action on Friday November 30th facing league rival Concordia Wisconsin in Mequon. Game time is set for 7pm.
