            <description>Senior indoor track athlete Catherine Chappell was recognized by the Northern Athletics Conference as this week&#146;s Student-Athlete of the week. Chappell, a Two-time All American (women&#146;s basketball and outdoor track) scored 38 of MSOE&apos;s 42 points, leading the team to an eighth place finish at the UW-Whitewater Invitational.</description>

Catherine Chappell earned her third All-American honor by placing fifth place in the long jump at the NCAA III Indoor Track &amp; Field Championships at the ONU Sports Center on Friday.  Chappell, a 5-8 senior, jumped 18-0.25, earning her a fifth place finish and the title of All-American, which is presented to the top eight finishers in an event.</description>
