1. The Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project

The Harvard Law Entrepreneurship Project (www.hlep.org<http://www.hlep.org>)

provides free legal research and analysis for entrepreneurs at Harvard and MIT.  We match entrepreneurs with teams of several Harvard Law School students and leading startup attorneys from prominent law firms in the Boston area.  The teams work together to answer legal questions over the project cycle of six to ten weeks beginning mid-February. Legal questions can cover a broad range of substantive subjects depending on the startup's needs, and entrepreneurs receive a full analysis of their legal questions and recommendations for future action.  Our past clients have included the winner of the 2012 Harvard President's Challenge and finalists in the MIT $100k Entrepreneurship Challenge.

Entrega, Inc.  a Boston drug delivery  start up  is seeking a Junior Scientist / Scientist to start immediately. The Scientist will be responsible for both scientific and operational execution in a start-up company setting as Entrega develops its oral delivery technology and executes on existing partnerships.  The role will include full-time hands-on lab work.  Additional responsibilities may include designing and overseeing external research activities.  The individual must be able to demonstrate or rapidly develop expertise across disparate technological fields (e.g., oral delivery, nanoparticles, etc.).  The employee will directly report to Entrega?s senior management team and will have input into the overall company scientific strategy and operational plans.  The employee will play a key role in ensuring that Entrega executes aggressively against all development goals and will enable the company to

adhere to project milestones, budgets and timelines.   The Junior Scientist

4. Petrie-Flom Center for Health Law Policy, Biotechnology, and Bioethics at Harvard Law School: Second annual Health Law Year in P/Review event*

 

Please join the Petrie-Flom Center for Health Law Policy, Biotechnology, and Bioethics at Harvard Law School, alongside the New England Journal of Medicine, for our second annual Health Law Year in P/Review event.  This year we will welcome experts discussing major developments over the past year and what to watch out for in areas including the Affordable Care Act, medical malpractice, FDA regulatory policy, abortion, contraception, intellectual property in the life sciences industry, public health policy, and human subjects research.
