Nurse Helpline

The Nurse Helpline is your 24-hour a day, seven-day-a-week resource for health care advice and information. Registered Nurses with an average of 19 years of experience staff the program. With this service, reliable information is just a phone call away. Just call (866) 376-2859 any time, night or day.

Call the Medical Information Hotline with any medical questions you may have.

General Reasons for Calling the Medical Information Hotline:

  • Determine the need to seek medical care.
  • Questions about medications, tests, or procedures.
  • Information on care of a new or chronic condition.
  • Tips on more effective communication with health care providers.
  • Questions about how to stay healthy.

As part of the Medical Information Hotline program, you have access to health resources in addition to the telephone service. The services include access to a comprehensive audio health library. Within the audio library, you have convenient, confidential access to hundreds of prerecorded messages on an array of health care topics ranging from the common cold to heart disease.

The Medical Information Hotline program is part of MSOE ‘s continuing effort to provide you with access to quality health resources in order to help you make informed decisions about your health. Please keep in mind; Medical Information Hotline is not a substitute for your relationship with your family physician.
