Both McKinsey and Industry Week see a growing manufacturing market with an emphasis on cost cutting and productivity and doing this with a diminishing supply of skilled workers.  This seminar is all about delivering cost and productivity improvements by applying both Lean and Hoshin Kanri techniques.  It provides a method for re-energizing and sustaining Lean manufacturing.
